Cusco Type OS Strut Bar Carbon Fiber W/ Brake Stopper (LHD) - 2013-2020 BRZ/FR-S/86, 2022+ BRZ/GR86

The Type ALC OS starts out the same as the classic Type OS bar, but offers a different look. The tubular aluminum oval shaft is carried over from the Type OS, and then wrapped in carbon fiber. The end plates are painted gray and come with all the required hardware for installation. It bolts on in minutes using normal hand tools.

In addition this one comes with a LHD Brake Cylinder Stopper to provide a more solid brake pedal feel during hard braking.

On AT equipped cars it may be necessary to relocate a bracket and wiring harness to install this bar correctly.

What is a Cusco Brake Stopper?

Simply put, a brake stopper a is a simple extension protruding off the strut tower bar with an adjustable rod meant to brace up against the brake master cylinder. The positioning of the brake stopper is dependant on right and left-hand drive vehicles, hence the separate product listings. The rod stops the master cylinder from flexing and wobbling in place due to firewall flex, helping provide more consistent brake pedal feel during hard driving.
